NVRC Welcomes Dr. Wooil Kim
Northern Virginia Radiology Consultants is to welcome Dr. Wooil Kim to our staff of Diagnostic Radiologists. Dr. Kim brings extensive expertise in neuroradiology, cardiothoracic imaging, and nuclear medicine. He earned his MD from Korea University College of Medicine and completed his residency at Samsung Medical Center in South Korea. Dr. Kim advanced his career in the U.S. with a multi-subspecialty fellowship at the University of Virginia.
With a strong focus on interpreting MRIs and advanced imaging techniques, he has published over 20 articles on topics including cardiothoracic imaging and artificial intelligence. Dr. Kim resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two children, where he prioritizes family life.
